Insurance Authorization

We will verify your insurance benefits before your first visit. We will need your insurance carrier name, customer service phone number, your name and phone number, your subscriber ID and group number and your date of birth.

Workers Compensation Coverage Authorization

For workers compensation claims, we will work with adjusters to get preauthorization for treatment and rehabilitative services prior to your first visit.

Auto Injuries/Accident

For Auto Injuries/Accident claims, we will closely work with adjusters and lawyers to get authorization for treatment and rehabilitative services prior to your first visit.
